Frequent irrigations with 0.8 IW: CPE ratio significantly increased the yield attributing characters, WUE and produced significantly highest seed yield. However, irrigation level at Critical growth stages resulted into significantly higher plant height and highest straw yield. Nitrogen application@ 75 kg N ha−1 improved yield attributes, seed yield, and WUE, while application of 75 kg N ha−1 recorded significantly higher seed yield. However, 1 00 kg N ha−1 application showed significantly highest plant height and straw yield of oat.
