Abstract

The activity of defense enzymes viz., phenol peroxidase, Polyphenol oxidase, β1,3 -glucanase, catalase increased in azoxystrobin 25 SC and bioagents sprayed chilli plants. In addition expression of specific isoforms of PO, PPO, 1,3-glucanase, catalase and protein profile in the treated plants was observed.
