Among different carbon sources, Glucose showed maximum radial mycelial growth and sporulation followed by Sucrose and Dextrose, whereas among nitrogen sources, Ammonium chloride recorded maximum radial mycelial growth followed by Ammonium sulphate and Ammonium nitrate. The sporulation was highest in Ammonium sulphate, Urea, Potassium nitrate followed by that in Sodium nitrate.
