Abstract

Total 21 fungal species were recorded in all soil samples tested, at pre, after 45 and 90 days of soil amendments. The species of Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penicillium, Trichoderma and Verticillum were recorded as the major soil mycoflora in all soil samples. Among the treatment, the maximum fungal colonies (331.3) were recorded in control and minimum (82.2) in Azotobactor + phosphobacteria treated soil after 90 days of amendment. Minimum disease severity of late blight, early blight and leaf spot were recorded in Azatobacter + phosphobacteria + Trichoderma viride treated soils while maximum in case of control.
