Abstract

The tomato crop surrounded by chrysanthemum recorded significantly lower infestation of leaf miner, Uriomyza tritolii Burgess as compared to crop surrounded by marigold. The tomato crop surrounded by chrysanthemum yielded significantly higher fruits as compared to tomato crop surrounded by marigold. Hence, for trapping L. tritolii, chrysanthemum crop was more effective than marigold.
