Abstract

Banana germplasm accessions were evaluated under field conditions against banana stem weevil during 2010–13. The cultivars, Red Banana Amritsagar, Lalkel, Hybrid Sawani, Chirapunji, FHIA-03, Ornamental and Purandar were found highly susceptible to banana stem weevil. The other entries were found free from banana stem weevil infestation from all genomic groups.
