The field experiment was conducted during 2013–2014 at Nagarjun Medicinal Plants Garden, Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth, Akola (M.S.) to evaluate the effect of FYM and Fly ash on physico-chemical properties of soil. The treatments comprised of three levels of FYM and four levels of fly ash, with three replications distributed in FRBD on Inceptisol. The bulk density (BD) of the soil decreased due to the application of fly ash (15 t ha−1) and FYM (20 t ha−1). Porosity and hydraulic conductivity (H.C.), however, enhanced due to these treatments. Significantly higher Zn status was observed due to the application of fly ash and FYM.
