Abstract

Significantly minimum days to first flower bud initiation (30.65), days to open flowers (14.62), days to 50% flowering (47.27), days to first harvesting (51.27), maximum flowering span (51.94), flowers plant−1 (128.4), flower yield plant−1 (294.03 g), flower yield plot−1 (3.53 kg), flower yield hectare−1 (21.79 tones), weight of flower (2.29 g), diameter of flower (6.63 cm), disc diameter (2.41 cm) and shelf life of flower (4.10 days) were recorded with the application of GA3 (300 ppm). Minimum values of flowering yield and quality parameters were recorded in untreated plants.
