Abstract

A field experiment was conducted during Kharif 2015 at Post Graduate Research Farm, Agronomy Section, College of Agriculture, Dhule. The experiment consisted of eleven treatments laid out in randomized block design with three replications. The indices such as Cotton equivalent yield, land equivalent ratio, area time equivalent ratio and relative crowding coefficient were significantly higher in Bt cotton + dill (1: 3) intercropping system, while aggressiveness were significantly higher in Bt cotton + amaranth intercropping system.
