An experiment was conducted to study the effect of foliar application of micronutrients viz. boron, manganese and zinc on the growth, yield and quality of tomato var Dhanashree. The study revealed that combined application of micronutrients (Boron + Manganese + Zinc @ 50 ppm) produced highest yield (57.64 t/ha) over control, and was close to the effect of individual nutrients like B (50 ppm), Zn (100 ppm) and Mn (100 ppm) which produced 56.53, 55.92 and 54.44 t/ha tomato fruits respectively. The increase in yield of tomato in response to micronutrients treatment was due to increase in number of branches, weight of fruit and number of fruits per plant. The combined application of micronutrients had significant effect on increasing quality characteristics like TSS and ascorbic acid content of tomato fruits.
