Abstract

The objective of present investigation was to workout trend models for the soybean yield of Maharashtra state. Autocorrelation in the data set was observed and, therefore, Cochrane and Orcutt procedure was used to fit trend models. It was observed that Compound trend model was an appropriate model for this data set on the basis of the values of R2.
