Comparative performance of liquid and carrier-based bio-inoculants was studied in order to find out the content and uptake of NPK in sunflower. It was observed that combined application of the microbes enhanced the content and uptake of NPK in a better way than those observed with individuals application. Significantly highest NPK content and uptake by sunflower was experienced in dual inoculated plots with liquid form of Azotobacter and PSB, and it was statistically at par with carrier based source. Both of these treatements were superior over their single inoculations and control plots.
