Abstract

Many pathogens like fungi, bacteria, viruses and nematodes infect papaya, causing yield losses and deterioration of fruits. Papaya ringspot virus (PRSV), is a major viral pathogen in India causing Papaya Ringspot Disease. Present communication deals with Papaya Ringspot Disease and its management in India.
