Abstract

Isolates P. fluorescens showed positive results. When it wasapplied as seed treatment @ 10 g/kg of seeds, seedling root dip @ 2 g/l, soil application @ 2.5 kg/ha and foliar spray @ 5 g/l (T3) at 30 and 45 DAT recorded least disease severity, with 9.58 per cent increase in the yield. Foliar application of P. fluorescens on R. solani inoculated plants showed increased activities of Peroxidase, Poly phenol oxidase, Phenyl alanine ammonia-lyase, phenolic content and ß 1, 3-glucanase.
