Attempts have been made during present investigation to find out distribution of nitrogen (N) and gross energy (G. E.) in various parts of the wheat (W. Gujrat-1593) during growth and development. It was observed that out of total dry matter accumulated, 45% of nitrogen (N) and 47% of gross energy (G. E.) was included in grains.
