Alternaria alternata is a causal organism for fruit rot disease of grapes. The effect of plants extracts, individually or in mixture with Aureofungin, against resistant mutant of Alternaria alternata was undertaken both in vitro and in vivo conditions.. Among these extracts, Azardirachta indica L. (56.45%), Allium cepa L. (48.15%), Catharanthus roseus L. (40.17%) were found to be highly effective. Use of Aureofungin in combination with plant extracts was more effective.
