Aeromycoflora over groundnut field at Udgir (M.S.)

Abstract

Aerobiological investigation over Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) field was carried out with the help of continuous Tilak air sampler during January to April 2019, to determine concentration of airborne fungal spores at Udgir (M.S.). Spores of 21 fungal genera were recorded. The fungal spores of Cercospora sp. (11.14%), Alternaria sp. (10.98%). Aspergillus (10.17%), Colletotrichum sp. (10.15%), Smut spore (7.89%), Uredospore (7.38%), Cladosporium sp. (7.17%) were found to be dominant.
