The distribution of dry matter (DM) and gross energy (G. E.) in various products of green crop fractionation (GCF) such as pulp, pressed crop residue (PCR), juice, leaf protein concentrate (LPC) and deproteinised juice (DPJ) was studied in the foliage of: Cauliflower, Cabbage, Spinach, Dill, Coriander, Garden orache, Lucerne, Radish and Fenugreek. The DPJ was with high gross energy (K cal/g), however highest dry matter and gross energy was retained by PCR, rather than LPC and Juice.
