Experiments were undertaken to investigate yield performance and nutritional content of Pleurotus eous cultivated on different agro wastes viz. soybean straw, paddy straw, groundnut straw, jowar straw, sunflower stalk and tur stalk. Soybean straw showed significantly the highest yield of Pleurotus with higher protein content (28.66%).
