Abstract

During field exploration around Aurangabad, the authors came across a species of the genus Desmodium. It was identified as Desmodium scorpiurus (Sw.) Poir., which was not reported earlier from Marathwada region of Maharashtra state. Present paper deals with this species with its nomenclature, morphology and ecology
