Abstract

Methanolic extracts of Cucumis melo L fruits, Prosopis juliflora Swartz leaves and Datura stramonium leaves and stem revealed the presence of Alkaloids, Flavonoids, Saponins, Tannins and Phenols. These plant extracts had antioxidant, haemolytic, anti-bacterial and an anti-fungal activity.
