Abstract

Ethanolic extracts of Ricinus communis (castor) leaves showed strong antifungal activity against Fusarium oxysporum. Studies with Gas chromatography, coupled with High resolution Mass Spcectroscope (GC-HRMS) revealed that various classes of chemical compounds were present inthe ethanolic extracts of Ricinus communis.
