Abstract

Present investigation was undertaken to compare five methods of drying flowers and leaves for their preservation. The drying methods included Air drying, Press drying, Glycerin drying, Hot air oven drying and Silica gel drying. Total 45 leaves and flower samples were dried and drying time required for each sample was recorded.
