A survey was undertaken on the mushrooms occurring at Alibhag, District Raigad (Maharashtra) during monsoon season of 2019–2020.Altogether 28 species of mushrooms were observed, five species were from family Mycenaceae; four Psathyrellaceae; three each from Ganodermataceae and Polyporaceae; two each from Marasmiaceae, Bolbitaceae and Coprinaceae; one each from Agaricaceae, Hymenochaetaceae, Crepidotaceae, Hygrophoropsidaceae, Physalacriaceae, Schizophyllaceae, Hydnaceae, Lycoperdaceae, and Tricholomataceae.
