Present study deals with Melissopalynology of 15 Honey samples of Apis florea and Apis dorsata, which were collected from different locations of Bhupalpally district of Telangana state. The pollen grains of Gardenia lucida, Eucalyptus globulus, Sphaeranthus indicus, Leucaenaleu cocephala, Prosopis juliflora, Coriandrum sativum, Cassia tora, and Cajanus cajan were found in Apis florea honey samples, whereas Apis dorsata honey samples were rich in the pollen of Aspidopterys indica, Capsicum frutescens, Legerstroemia parviflora, Ocimum tenuiflorum, Zea mays, Alangium salvifolium, and Syzygium cumuni. Altogether 47 pollen types, belonging to the plants from 29 families were recorded.
