Abstract

Curcuma is one of the largest genus belonging to family Zingiberaceae. Its pharmacological, therapeutic, and culinary applications are well documented. Some species of Curcuma show very close morphological and genomic similarities. During present study, morphometric similarities of three Curcuma species: C. amada Roxb, C. aeruginosa Roxb, and C. zedoaria Rosc. were investigated. For morphometric analysis 17 morphological characteristics were used.
