Satpuda hills of Jalgaon district is well known for possessing diverse flora and fauna. Around 20 orchid species have been recorded so far from this area. Present communication deals with addition of one more orchid species to the flora of Jalgaon district, which has been identified as Eulophia herbacea Lindl.
