Total 9 species belonging to the order Polyporales were identified from District Satara (M.S.), which included Daedalea quercina, Flavadon flavus, Ganoderma applanatum, Ganoderma australe, Ganoderma lucidium, Ganoderma resinaceum, Hexagonia tenuis, Picipes badius and Tramates betulina.
