Abstract

As a tool for characterizing transcriptomes, RNA sequencing (RNAseq) has quickly gained popularity. In many RNAseq studies, identifying molecular markers plays a significant role. Though several data analysis pipelines and methods have been developed for differential gene expression (DGE) analysis, there is no clear consensus about best practices. An assessment of different tools used in the pipeline for DGE analysis was conducted during presentstudy.
