Yawal Wildlife Sanctaury has good population and density of both terrestrial and epiphytic orchids. Present paper deals with the report of two terrestrial orchids viz. Habenaria digitata Lindl. and H. marginata Colebr. from Yawal Wildlife Sanctaury, Jalgaon, Maharashtra. Both these species are the additions to the flora of Jalgaon district, Maharashtra.
