Terminalia muelleri Benth. (Family Combretaceae), was phytochemically analyzed by HR-LCMS method. The bark and leaves were found to contain 98 - 100 phytochemical compounds. out of which, 20 compounds from bark and 16 from the leaves were confirmed, based on their retention time, mass, D. B. difference and molecular formula. These compounds, in combination, were found to be species specific and the phytochemical profile obtained during present investigation can be employed for authentication of the species.
