Exposure of wild sensitive Puccinia nakanishikii (PN-01) to propiconazole, continuously for eight successive passages increased the resistance under in vivo condition. However, when propiconazole was altered with carbandazim, mancozeb and roko, rust of lemongrass was completely checked at second passage only. Passages of propiconazole with carbandazim, mancozeb and roko, also completely checked the rust disease. These results are thus importent to manage rust of lemongrass.
