Antagonistic activity and probiotic evaluation of gastro intestinal tract bacteria isolated from fresh water fish Garra Mullya

Abstract

During present investigation gastro intestinal microflora of fresh water fish Garra mullya was studied. The bacteria therein were evaluated for probiotic nature by qualitative enzyme production, antagonistic activity, acid tolerance, antioxidant activity and bile tolerance test.
