Abstract

Present communication provides enumeration of the algae and cyanobacterial species of the hot spring present in Garampani Wildlife Sanctuary of Assam. and its outflow that merges to Nambor River. Multiple species of cyanobacteria while, only a few members of green algae were found. Apart from green algae, diatoms were also observed in the hot spring as well as outflow.
