Musca domestica is a serious pest causing several vector borne diseases. During present investigation ethanolic leaf extract of Oroxylum indicum was tested for repelling Musca domestica. The Mortality bioassays showed concentration-dependent toxicity of the extract with higher mortalitywith increasing concentration of the extract. The findings thus highlighted ability of Oroxylum indicum leaf extract as an eco-friendly alternative for pest management.
