Water quality parameters (temperature, pH, and salinity). were investigated in the samples taken from selected freshwater wetlands, it was observed that the temperature fluctuations between 23.7 and 32.8°C, with pH varied from 7.5 to 8.4. Electrical conductivity (EC) and total dissolved solids (TDS) exhibited positive correlation between each other Salinity levels indicated low concentrations of dissolved salts (<1000 mg/L), and hence the water was found to be suitable for human consumption, irrigation, and aquatic habitat. Seasonal variations significantly altered water quality parameters. Phytoplankton growth contributed to elevated pH during the monsoon season. The study highlights importance of regular monitoring and sustainable practices to maintain water quality.
