The effect of five sugars (i.e. glucose, sucrose, fructose, maltose, and lactose) on growth and productivity of Hipsizygous ulmaris commonly called as elm oyster mushroom was studied. Maltose and glucose supplementation significantly improved yield and efficiency of mushroom cultivation.
