Phyllanthus maderaspatensis L. belongs to Family Phyllanthaceae. It possesses several medicinal properties like astringent, debostruent, stomachic diuretic, febrifugeal and antiseptic properties. The plant showed presence of Borane carbonyl;1,3- dinitro-imidazoline; Ethylen-imino-acetonitryl; 3-Butynoicacid; 2-Chloroethylbenzoate; Catechol; 2,3-dihydro-Benzofuran; 4-ethyl-2-methoxy-Phenol; 2-Aminononadecane; Hydroquinone and 2,6-dimethoxy- Phenol, etc.
