Abstract

Phytochemical profile of Vitex negundo L. was analyzed using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS). The GC-MS examination identified 25 distinct compounds,each represent by unique chromatographic peaks. These Phytochemicals exhibit bioactive properties that play a crucial role in plant's pharmacological applications, antibacterial activity, and ethnoveterinary uses. This study offers valuable insights into the chemical constituents of Vitex negundo Linn., emphasizing its potential in drug development
