Present research paper gives a comprehensive information about distributional record of Pteris vittata in Dhule District. Pteris is a common and widely distributed tropical genus comprising of more than 300 species. During present investigation distribution of Pteris species in Dhule district has been studied. The data for this purpose were collected during extensive surveys and collections of pteris species.
