Spiders belonging to the order Araneae (class Arachnida) act as biological indicators in ecological studies. The objective of the present study was to collect information of spiders from Daryapur, District Amravati (Maharashtra State), in Mahuli Dhande,Ashegaon,Nandrun and Daryapur regions. In all 112 specimens were collected belonging to 31 species. Out of these 31 species 10 species were belonging to Aranidae, while salticidae was represented by 04, Thomisidae 03, Tetragnathidae 02, Gnaphosidae 03, Oecobiidae 02, Theridiidae 02, Sparassidae 01, Nephilidae 01, Scytodiae 01, Dictynidae 01 and. Oxyopidae 01. The spider specimens were collected, photographed, observed, identified and classified with the help of World Spider Catloge 2025.
