Abstract

Altogether six different fungicides were tested against different isolates of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. ciceri for their sensitivity. Among them, carbendazim showed high efficacy @ 1.61 mg/ml against highly virulent isolate, followed by difenoconazole (197.64 mg/ml), vitavax (3977 mg/ml), thiophanate methyl (1254.67 mg/ml), captan (7034.86 mg/ml) and thiram (7087.01 mg/ml). Carbendazim and difenoconazole are thus suitable seed dressers for the management of F. oxysporum f.sp.ciceri.
