In present investigation impact of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous and sulpher sources provided to post-harvest fungi of mango fruits, on cellulase activity was studied. Fructose, sucrose, urea, peptone, sodium hydrogen orthophosphate and calcium Sulphate induced; while starch, carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC), starch, ammonium phosphate, diammonium hydrogen phosphate, ferrous sulphate, zinc sulphate and copper sulphate inhibited the activity of enzyme cellulase.
