Abstract

Sucrose, maltose, Dextrose, and fructose were the best sources of carbon for growth of pathogen, while lactose inhibited growth. Sodium nitrate, ammonium nitrate and Peptone supported maximum growth of pathogen, where as potassium nitrate inhibited growth.
