During present investigation 65 species of fungi were isolated from dung samples of animals. In herbivore dung samples, 59 species while in carnivorous 26 species where recorded. Chaetomium and Coprinus were rerecorded on herbivore, while Helicocephalum, Aphanoascus, Arachniotus and Histoplasma appeared on carnivore dung.
