The conidia of two species of the genus Flabellospora belonging to Hyphomycetes were encountered from foam samples collected from the different streams and rivers of North Maharashtra. Flabellospora amphibia is reported for the first time in India. Flabellospora multiradiata is reported for the first time from North Maharashtra. Brief notes and illustrations are given for each species. Geographical distributions of these fungi in India are also provided.
