Eighty seven genotypes along with four checks viz., BDN-9-3, BDNG797, G-12 and Annegiri were evaluated for eleven yield and yield contributing characters. Analysis of variance showed significant differences for all characters except number of primary branches per plant and number of seeds per pod. All the 91 genotypes were grouped into 7 clusters. The first cluster was largest with 80 genotypes. On the basis of D2 estimates and mean performance of yield and other traits, genotypes viz., G-95, G-63, G-79 B-32, BCP-17, L-111 and L-313 can be fairly utilized in hybridization program for further improvement.
