Leaf spot diseases of fruit trees from Aurangabad district were surveyed during the years 2008–2010. During this survey of fruit trees, 12 species were found infected by fungal pathogens leading to leaf spot diseases. The diseases were found to be caused by12 species of fungi viz. Alternaria citri, Cercospora mangiferae indicae, Diplodia epicoccos, D.natalensis, Elsinoe zizyphi, Gleosporium psidii, Pestalotia annonicola, P.cruenata, P.versicolor, Pestalotiopsis versicolor, Phyllosticta tamarindicola and Septogloeum feroniae.
