Abstract

In present study the influence of Fungicide carbendazim, and Herbicides 2, 4-D and Metribuzin, on soil organic carbon (SOC) in rhizosphere of tomato crop was investigated. The Fungicide and Herbicides showed adverse effect on soil organic carbon in control as well as in PSB containing rhizosphere. They showed moderate influence in the presence of Azotobacter and Azospirillum. Metribuzin helped in increasing soil organic carbon without affecting Azospirillum.
