Abstract

Colletotrichum capsici was isolated from infected chilli fruit. Three fungicides Mancozeb, Dhanuxyl and Dhanustin were evaluated for their efficacy against growth of C. capsici. Mancozeb showed highest inhibitory effect against C. capsic. For the three fungicides, 300 ppm concentration was found favourable in inhibiting mycelial dry weight of test pathogens.
